TICKET
You must print your ticket yourself on a blank white piece of A4 paper in either black and white or colour. It must then be presented to the scanning desk to verify its validity and exchange it for a non-transferrable bracelet.You are responsible for your e-ticket, we strongly advise you to keep it safe and not post it on social media.You cannot gain access to the site without a bracelet. This ticket will not be replaced if lost.

A FREE and UN-GUARDED bicycle parking zone is at your disposal opposite the site entrance on chemin du Struykbeken. It contains barriers for you to lock your bicycle to, you must bring a lock.

A FREE and UN-GUARDED motorbike parking zone is at your disposal opposite the site entrance on chemin du Struykbeken, you must bring your own lock.

CAR – ROUTES – PARKING

If you choose the last option and take your car:

  • ROUTES

Attention, there are currently some road works on the Ring of Brussels in Tervuren and Wezembeek-Oppem. Therefore, please try to avoid Exit 1 (4-Bras/4-Armen) and the Exit 2 (Wezembeek-Oppem) as much as  possible.

If you come from Antwerp, we would advise you to take the E40 (direction Brussels) and take the Exit 20 (Kraainem)
If you come from Waterloo or Namur/Wavre, we would advise you to take the E411 until Herman Debroux.

If you come from Brussels, we would advise you to avoid this part of the Ring.

As you approach Brussels, turn left onto E40 / RO towards NAMUR (NAMEN) -LIEGE (LUIK) E40 – ZAVENTEM AIRPORT – BRUSSELS

Autoroute E420: BRUXELLES – LIEGE – MONS – CHARLEROI

As you approach Brussels, follow E19: BRUXELLES, then RO direction RING-EST, BRUXELLES-EST

Exit 2: WEZEMBEEK-OPPEM – KRAAINEM – UCL ST.LUC and turn right on N226/avenue de Wezembeek.

  • CAR PARKS

We inform you that, by order of the police, illegal parking is strictly prohibited and any cars caught parking illegally will be towed.

The following car parks are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

 

Access to chemin de Struykbeken will be close 2 hours before the start of matches. Parking in this zone will also be prohibited, with exceptions.

 

Numerous paid car parks can be found in the surrounding area. We offer pre-sale spaces in two car parks on our ticket office (€5).

 

  • Parking during the week:
    (access only as of 17:30)

– P3 – Faculté Nord et Sud: Avenue de la Palestre – 1200 Woluwé-Saint-Lambert

 

  • Parking during the weekend:
    (access only as of 12:00 on the weekend of 24-25/06. Access only as of 10:00 on the weekend of 01-02/07)

– P2 – Mounier: Avenue Emmanuel Mounier, 87 – 1200 Woluwé-Saint-Lambert

– P3 – Faculté Nord et Sud: Avenue de la Palestre – 1200 Woluwé-Saint-Lambert

 

These car parks close at midnight.

Depending on availability of spaces, entry to the car park costs €10 when you present a valid match day voucher.

 

Before 17:30 during the week we suggest the car park at Woluwé Shopping Centre: on Boulevard de la Woluwé or Rue Saint Lambert 200 (2 entrances) – 1200 Woluwé-St-Lambert.

Motor-homes are strictly prohibited in the car parks.

Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM)

 

There is a specific procedure in place for the purchasing of tickets and reception of PRM. People who buy these tickets will receive a copy of the specific procedure.

Car parking facilities for PRM are located in front of the entrance to Stade Fallon, 1 chemin du Struykbeken – 1200 Woluwé-Saint-Lambert.

 

VIP

There is a specific procedure in place for the purchasing of tickets and reception of PRM. People who buy these tickets will receive a copy of the specific procedure.

Car parking facilities for VIPs are located in front of the entrance to Stade Fallon, 1 chemin du Struykbeken – 1200 Woluwé-Saint-Lambert.

 

ACCESS TO THE SITE/Fan Zone

The HWL site is open on match days from 12:00 (except on 29/6, 1 and 2/7 at 10:00)

A Fan Zone awaits with food and drink stands, as well as activities and entertainment for all.

A playground is also open to the youngest spectators.

 

SECURITY

An event of this size needs a large security presence. The event’s security was organised in close cooperation with the police services and the Woluwé-Saint-Lambert fire brigade, who validated the security proposals.

 

For security reasons, spectators will be searched at the entrance by qualified personnel. Large bags, backpacks, flares and fireworks are prohibited. Only assistance dogs accompanying people with disabilities are allowed on site.

 

The stands are lettered A/C and D/E. It is not possible to change stands without the express permission of the stewards.

 

Seats in the stands are not numbered, meaning you are free to pick your own seats. If you can’t find seats in your stand, volunteers are on hand to help.

 

A Red Cross first aid stand will be present in the Fan Zone.

 

VOISINAGE

Stade Fallon – La Rasante lies in the residential commune of Woluwé-Saint-Lambert. We ask you to please respect the properties around the site and the sleep of our neighbours.

 

FAQ

Where can I park before 5:30 pm during the week?

You do not need to buy a parking PASS, but should park in the Woluwé Shopping Centre car park where normal parking charges apply.

 

Can my car stay in the car parks all day?

Yes, but opening hours apply.

Are car park spaces linked to your seats in the stands?

No.

 

Can I leave the car park and return in the same day?

Yes. You must present your parking voucher and on the condition that there are still spaces available in the car park

 

Do motor-homes have access to the car parks? 

No.

 

Will the STIB/MIVB services be reinforced?

No.

 

Are dogs allowed on site?
Only assistance dogs accompanying people with disabilities are allowed on site.
Are umbrellas allowed?
To ensure visibility for all spectators, we ask you to refrain from using umbrellas or other obstructive objects in the stands.

Backpacks

You are strongly advised not to come on site with a backpack, security searches will be carried out at the entrance.

 

Food and drink

No drinks may be brought on site, apart from water in plastic bottles. Picnics are also prohibited. When buying food and drink on site, a cashless system has been set up.
